Mermaid AI Playground ("mermaid.help") is a free tool for creating Mermaid diagrams with AI assistance. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data.

Data We Collect

Diagram code — When you use AI features (generate, fix, enhance), your Mermaid code is sent to Google Gemini API for processing. We do not store this data on our servers.
Analytics — We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (page views, feature usage) to improve the service. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Share URLs — When you share a diagram via URL, the Mermaid code is encoded in the URL itself. We do not store shared diagrams on our servers.

Third-Party Services
